Well, I managed about half an hours extra sleep this morning but I'm still swollen and cream crackered. I've taken my 'Morning Stability' reading which was 3, my blood pressure was 119, I've popped all of my morning pills with my breakfast glass of water and asked the Freegler if she still wants the things she said she was coming to get "now" at 8am on Thursday. I've also asked a regular if she potentially wants the plates and bowls because I'm fed up of waiting now so hopefully they will be going soon.
The virus scan found an "Advanced Issue" which I'm guessing is the plan for my third and potentially final medical memoir that I read through last night, so I'll get that sorted after getting my breakfast photo up.
I'll BBS
It's been a very long, stressful day today, but I've taken my pills and I'm heading off to beddy-byes now. I've got nothing happening tomorrow, not even my weekly bubble bath 'cos of not seeing my SIL on Sunday, so I've got no reason to get up at sparrow's fart in the morning... but prolly will anyway 'cos my bladder always wakes me up no matter how little sleep I've had lol
I'll see you all in the morning.
Nite nite orl
Today's lunch was the same as yesterdays, just with an extra chestnut mushroom (5 today, 4 yesterday I think) and less mayonnaise along with a 330ml can of Sparkling Guava pop.
Here's today's lunch photo:
I weighed myself, as normal, on Monday, and I was 1kg overweight, so I was happy with that.
I've just weighed myself again, unofficially, and I've lost 1.3kg since Monday morning which means that I'm now 300g under where the nurse wants me to be, so I guess I'll be pigging out between now and Sunday evening to try and get my weight back up to where the nurse wants me to be again.
Losing weight has never been a problem for me, but gaining it and keeping it on has been a huge issue for my entire life and I hate it. People think and say that I'm lucky and that they would love to be in my position, but when you get told off for losing weight by medical bods it makes you feel frustrated that you can't seem to put on and keep on the weight no matter what you try and do!
I just had the first part of my breakfast this morning, a 500ml glass of water to wash my 10 morning pills down with this morning, because I'm waiting for an Olio-er to come and pick up her Freeze Pops and sweetcorn, so that I've got more room in my fridge and freezer ready for my next OddBox delivery.
Here's today's breakfast photo:
Another late start this morning, but that's OK 'cos I've already taken my 'Morning Stability' reading which was another 4, taken my blood pressure which was 124, had my breakfast glass of water to wash my 10 morning pills down with and done my morning laps and exercises, so I'm good to go until 8am now when an Olio-er is coming for her sweetcorn. I've got a regular Freegler coming for loads of stuff at around 4pm, then I'll be able to tackle the middle cupboard - I hate to admit it, but I quite enjoy it when I eventually get going lol
The daily virus scan was reassuringly clear so I'm gonna get my breakfast photo up, then today's to-do list then try and catch my breath ready for the Olio-er at 8am.
