• Put in next repeat prescription
• Take pre-carer visit video of kitchen and bathroom

• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Take post-carer visit video of kitchen and bathroom
• Save second video
• Compress second video
• Put second video on my new blog
• Log care into new spreadsheet
• Take bread out of the freezer
• Do morning laps
• Have breakfast

• Log breakfast into FitBit app
• Put photo of breakfast on here and Instagram
• Open, photograph and advertise the Nightwatchman things on Freegle - keep your fingers crossed that I might be able to get rid of them without advertising them! - nah, I need to advertise them this afternoon - just done it
• Find out if the local charity collection service wants anything of Steve's?
• Sort out payment security issue online - I think I know what's happened, but I'll try and remember to phone the bank tomorrow, just to be sure - have I done it without needing to phone them?? - nope, I need to phone them after all
• Do the news

• And Pringles in the cupboard
• As well as vegan chocolate raisins in the fridge too
• Not to mention all the chocolate multipacks in the fridge as well
• If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread too
• Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything - that's officially another DVD that has been promised and I'm trying to save myself a job of advertising the Watchman things and hopefully more stuff too! - he doesn't want the Watchman stuff, but I might be able to get rid of other things instead - he didn't want any of the others but he's taken the DVD he wanted
