Today's lunch really couldn't have been any simpler 'cos it was just a 6 serving packet of bacon flavour rashers crisps and a 500ml glass of water and it'll be pretty much the same for every lunch for the rest of the year now because it gives my carers the entire 18 minute visit to sit down, recover and catch up on their admin from before they arrived so they will be happy and at over 700 calories per pack, I'll be pretty much on target calorie-wise as long as I keep having creamy hot chocolates between the two visits and after they've left for the day.
