Today's lunch was my only proper meal as I forgot to wash the plate up from yesterday's breakfast in time, so it was just a mug of hot choccie (without cream this time) and a 110g packet of vegan chocolate raisins.
Lunch was considerably healthier and was the leftovers from yesterday's roast with my in-laws: 2.5 servings of a vegan family roast, 2 servings of mini roast potatoes, broccolini and French beans all washed down with a 500ml glass of water.
