This morning has totally run away with me and I'm only just getting the chance to catch my breath before two deliveries and my groceries arrive!
Both meals were the same as they have been for the last week or so - 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast and dairy-free spread with a bottle of orange juice for breakfast and then a sharing packet of bacon flavour rashers crisps and a 500ml glass of water for lunch.
