This morning was a bit of a technology nightmare so I couldn't get my breakfast photo up because my backups didn't finish until just before my lunchtime carer arrived, so I decided to do it this way and put both photos up together.
Breakfast was 2 slices of wholemeal toast and dairy-free spread with a 250ml bottle of orange juice. Lunch was a 6 serving packet of me-friendly bacon flavour rashers crisps and a 500ml glass of water and I've got a decaff cuppa on the go now to try and give my throat a bit more moisture.
