Well, it was a struggle to get out of bed this morning, so I popped a happy pill between taking my blood pressure (which was slightly raised) and having my breakfast.
The daily virus scan found an advanced issue, which is now, thankfully, resolved.
My carer could turn up at any time so I'll keep this short and hopefully get today's to-do list together before she arrives.
