Mornin' all

I've woken up frozen solid, but I can't put the heating up any higher because it makes my carers too hot, so I've gotta keep it at 19 degrees.

I've already taken my blood pressure and swallowed my morning pills, so that's a relief.  Breakfast today is a mug of decaff instant coffee so there won't be any photos of meals today.

Gotta remember to put my key around my neck when I take the rubbish and recycling out otherwise I'll never be able to get back into the house again!

The virus scan was still reassuringly clear, so that's a relief.

Time to get today's to-do list together before my carer gets here I reckon.
