Aaaand...

...relax.

That's my Visible set up and ready to go now, I've just gotta wait for 4 days so that it can track my heart rate and can set an accurate "pace point" budget for me then that's it all done and dusted.

I just hope that it works as well for my disability as my FitBit does for my fitness!  I haven't gotta put food and drinks into it, just check in first thing in the morning and in the evening, so that'll take a bit of getting used to, but I'll hopefully manage to work it into my routine soon.

There seems to be a downloadable PDF so that'll be interesting and hopefully useful for medical bods and anyone who wants more of an understanding of how I cope every day... I'm gonna give it a good go before I make any big decisions about it though.

I'm proud of myself for managing to buy, set it up and get it going totally alone though and it feels good that I've been able to do it totally alone!

I think I've earnt my third hot drink of the day and it's a decaff mocha without cream this time 'cos I finished the cream off with my after lunch drinking choccie so I'm gonna finish up the tub of drinking chocolate before I crack open my next canister of cream methinks.

Tomorrow and Friday are free days so I'll hopefully be able to study on one or both of those days, have a bath on Saturday to really test the waterproofyness of the Visible band and how much it relaxes me and then prepare for a new week.
