It was even more of a struggle to fall out of bed this morning, so knew for sure that it was happy pill time.
I bumped downstairs on my bum, went for an emergency wee, took my blood pressure, popped my 11 morning pills then started up my laptop. I remembered to start the weekly scan off and it's already at 30% so I've just gotta remember to do the weekly backups when it's finished.
Time to get my first to-do list of the day put up so that I can get myself organised.
