I've just...

...officially weighed myself (because I've had breakfast now lol) and I've somehow lost 150g in the time it's taken me to drink my breakfast, get undressed, washed, dressed and change the batteries in my toothbrush so I'm 50g below the minimum for lapping now, so this week will be focussed on putting the weight back on so that I can hopefully re-start the laps next week.
