Third update to today's to-do list

  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run monthly virus scan - 30% @ 5am - 99% @ 5.24am - finished @ 5.52am
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book - I'm up to p125 as of yesterday - up to page 184 now - page 285 to start on today
  • Check forum
  • Announce birthdays if necessary - none for the rest of July
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Post about how much carer helped me
  • Charge up watch
  • Make breakfast of creamy hot choccie
  • Take photo of my breakfast
  • Have breakfast
  • Put hot choccie onto spreadsheet
  • Do washing up
  • Resize and put photo on here and Instagram
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Weigh myself
  • Log weight into FitBit
  • Put stool together
  • Do morning laps - not any more this week
  • Bring rubbish sack in
  • Bring blue sack in
  • Bring recycling container in
  • Charge up original FitBit
  • Charge up new FitBit
  • Keep an eye on when the last few book reviewers open for new requests
  • Send them my book if they agree
  • Keep my fingers crossed they enjoy and positively review my memoir

  • Make lunch of vegan protein shake
  • Take photo of lunch
  • Bring lunch through to the living room

  • There's chocolate multipacks in the fridge
  • There's plenty of broken/mis-shaped chocolate in the drawers
  • As well as Caramelly chocolate on the side
  • And caffeine-free Diet Coke in the fridge
  • And choccie peanuts and raisins in the fridge too
  • Not forgetting all the choccie in the drawers as well
  • If I can wait for half an hour then there's fruit bread as well
  • Study my courses
  • Post about something I'm grateful for today
  • Download, resize and save BP machine photos
  • Put 6 days' worth of photos on my health site
  • Take evening pills
  • Go to bed
