It's been a long old day for me and I'm exhausted, swollen and in pain so I've popped my last two pills bang on time and I'm gonna head straight on up to beddy-byes tonight.
I've brought my perching stool into the living room so I've gotta remember to lock my laptop and let my carers relax on the sofa while I'm getting washed and dressed and drinking my lunch tomorrow.
