Mornin' all

I've woken up in a really positive mood this morning, so I hope it lasts!


So far this morning I've taken my Visible reading (with a score of 4 out of 5), my blood pressure was almost normal (109 instead of 105), my pills all went down fine, I've got washed and changed and weighed myself... only another 500g to lose before I'm back down to being in the "ideal" weight range instead of slightly overweight.


The daily virus scan found an advanced issue which is now resolved but I'm pretty cold, so I'm gonna go and get myself a hot drink to try and warm up a bit before I do my laps, sit-ups and crunches for the first time this month.


OK, I've just made myself a hot honey water, so time for today's to-do list then I'll put today's breakfast photo up.  I've decided that other than when I do the mushrooms or have leftovers, I'm gonna have two things for each lunch to see how my stomach copes with it, so Wednesday is potentially the first day of trying that.


I've gotta remember to bring in the rubbish and recycling containers when they've been emptied and give my memoir a read through to check that it still makes sense and that everything is sensibly written so that it's understandable.


This first blog post of the day is getting a bit long, so time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
