I've woken up feeling pretty positive so I took my blood pressure which was pretty normal for me at 104, then had my breakfast of a 500ml glass of water to take my pills with, then decided to get washed and dressed after all because there was still over 2 hours to go before my delivery is due and I've just come in, started up my laptop and run the daily virus scan which was all clear, so that's reassuring.
I'm not gonna have anything solid until the delivery has been and gone and potentially after that too, if it doesn't come until 1pm, so it'll be a day full of drinking choccies methinks.
Gotta put the recycling out this afternoon and hopefully get my nose stuck into a book.
Time to get today's breakfast photo sorted and the to-do list together now I reckon.
