My post has just come and I've been invited, as a family member who donated Steve for tissue and organ transplant, to a service of thanksgiving at the Cathedral!
Steve was only able to donate one eye because nothing else was of appropriate quality unfortunately, but just being remembered and thanked by the transplant team even 3 years later, has got me really emotional!
