Today's breakfasts were back to my usual 500ml glass of water to wash my 10 morning pills with, then I had my usual warm weather brekkie of the last two choccie Weetabix in the box with approx 150ml of Plant Protein soya milk and the last 250ml in the carton of Wonky pineapple juice.
