I've got another busy day today with potentially only a banana in my belly all day because I've got an Olio-er coming at 8am so I can't have breakfast then I've gotta hang around after that waiting for a roofer to come and have a look to give me a quote on getting the roof sorted and answering my home insurers questions too.
My 'Morning Stability' score was 2 so no exercising again today. My blood pressure was really high at 119 this morning, I've popped my 11 morning pills and used my inhaler, so I've just gotta wait for the Olio-er now.
The daily virus scan was still reassuringly clear so I'm good to go for downloading, resizing and putting up my day's to-do list now.
