...my medical appointment and the nurse was happy with everything.
I'm still the right weight for my height (I thought I was 1kg over but I'm not), my blood pressure was bang on at 128, she used a finger thing for my pulse and that was fine too. I asked about taking my blood pressure again in the same position that I had it done in the pharmacy and she told me to ignore that reading and if I go there to have it done again, I've just gotta ask to have the machine in my lap so that the cuff is level with my heart next time. The seat was lower and the desk was higher in the pharmacy so the cuff was nowhere near my heart... just gotta remember next time lol
That's me all done and dusted for another year now though, thankfully.
