I've woken up to a 'Morning Stability' score of 2 this morning and I'm coughing my head off, but never mind eh?
My blood pressure was on the slightly high side of my normal this morning at 113. I've popped my first 11 pills of the day and drunk my breakfast then started off the weekly virus scan which is currently at 30%. I've got an Olio-er due at 8am then I can carry on with my day.
