Today's lunch was supposed to be potatoes and a Pak Choi, but when I took the potatoes out of the cupboard, I noticed that they were starting to sprout, so they got put into the waste food bag. When I opened the Pak Choi package, the leaves were wilting, so they went into the food waste bag too. Thankfully I had 4 multipacks of fruit pots, so two of them (the peach and also the mango) were my lunch today and I'll have the other two (mandarin and also pineapple) for my lunch tomorrow.
