Today's lunch was the same as yesterday's, other than the flavour of pop, which was Sparkling Passion[fruit] today, along with 2 apples and 2 small pears.

My breakfast was back to my normal again this morning, starting with my normal 500ml glass of water to take my morning pills with, then I had a bowl of choccie Weetabix with approx 150ml of Plant Protein soya milk and a 250ml bottle of Flawsome orange juice.
Here's today's two breakfast photos:
I've woken up feeling really positive this morning and my 'Morning Stability' score this morning was a huge 4 out of 5 again, so I'll be able to exercise twice today and try and remember to have the hydration booster before the morning exercises and after the afternoon exercises, which is the maximum that I can have in 24 hours. Assuming my 'Morning Stability' score is at least 3 tomorrow morning I'll try it during my exercises to see which my body prefers.
My hayfever is already through the roof, so it's gonna be a rough day for that already unfortunately.
I've taken my blood pressure, which was a bit higher than normal, but I'm guessing that's because of the temperature outside and my body is trying to keep me cool. My 10 morning pills have been popped, including the two probiotic & pre-biotic gummies, which will be my usual amount for a while and 11 on Tuesdays and Thursdays and 12 on a Tuesday or Thursday if my mood is low.
The weekly virus scan is at 85% so I'll get my breakfast photos up now, then my to-do list, then start my first set of exercises of the day.

It's been a very long, very hot day today, but I've sweated my way through it and hopefully got my Visible working again... tomorrow morning will be the test though.
I've phoned up again about the digital switchover and the man has made a note on my account that I still haven't heard anything about getting a new line put in for the switchover but apparently I should hear in the next 2-3 weeks about it and hopefully be able to arrange an appointment with an engineer. If I haven't heard anything by the start of August then I've gotta call again, for the third time, to chase them up and ask about when it's gonna happen.
I'm really hoping tomorrow will be cooler so that I don't get so uncomfortable with the weekly virus scan and backups, but we'll have to wait and see I guess.
I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm gonna head on up to beddy-byes now.
I'll see you all in the morning.

...pill time on the very first day I've ever used hydration boosters and pro/pre biotics. I'm not sure how the probiotics/prebiotics are supposed to work, but the hydration thing seemed to work almost instantly, so I'll definitely be getting those again! It kinda woke my system up a bit and gave it the electrolytes (whatever they are) that it was obviously missing that I didn't have the first foggiest clue about!
I can only take 2 in 24 hours so I'm gonna try one before I exercise tomorrow and the other after exercising (assuming my 'Morning Stability' score is high enough of course).
I've got a water bottle that I'll try using during my laps on Thursday (assuming my score is high enough of course) to see which of the three my body prefers, then I'll do it like that every day that I remember from then on.
I've finished the Omegas and haven't got any left and can't find them online any more, so I'll have the pre/probiotics instead.
Today has been a good day.
Other than the 330ml can of a Sparkling Guava pop, today's lunch couldn't have been healthier, because it was 4 pieces of fruit (2 apples and 2 pears)!

I'm not hungry this morning, so I just had my normal 500ml glass of water to take my morning pills with this morning.

Well, last night I was so anxious that I forgot to take my evening Visible reading and I also forgot to charge it up during the day so I had to take a less reliable camera reading this morning and I'm currently urgently charging up my Visible.
I've swallowed my 10 morning pills and have officially run out of my Omega's too, so that's one less pill to take every morning now.
My blood pressure was high at 113 and my groceries are due this morning, so I'm predicting that any subsitutes (and I'm also predicting that there will be several) won't be suitable for me and the driver won't know how to put them down as rejections, so I'll be paying for food and drink that I can't have as a vegetarian with a dairy allergy, so I'll have to put it all onto Olio.
I'm not hungry this morning, so not having any breakfast, just water until lunchtime, unless the me-friendly cream is in stock, in which case I'll be having creamy drinking chocolates instead.
It's two apples and two pears for my lunch today so missing breakfast isn't really a problem.
The virus scan was reassuringly clear, so time to publish this, get my only breakfast photo up and then today's to-do list.

It's raining outside so I'm gonna shut down but I'm not going to bed quite yet, I just get pararnoid about lightning strikes and my laptop is all.
I'll see you all in the morning.

Today's tea is kinda "grab and go" because it's so hot. It's the last 2 containers of chocolate nut mix and a 500ml glass of water.
Here's today's tea photo:
Today's lunch was, like most Monday's, leftovers from yesterday's Sunday lunch and this week consisted of 2 servings of a vegetarian Family Roast, approx 5g of a Vegan Mayo and a 330ml can of a Sparkling Lychee pop.
I'm feeling really proud of myself for not snacking all morning today! It was a close call a few times, but I just had today's dose of caffeine the first time and a decaff coffee the second time then eventually persuaded myself that it was so close to lunchtime that it wasn't worth it the third time... it's been hard going, but I know that my snacking is because of boredom or loneliness now, rather than hunger.
