I've woken up to my bladder being very overactive this morning and I've been for 4 wee's since 3am and I've only been downstairs since 5am, so I've wee'd 3 times in the last hour 😒
I've taken my blood pressure which was back down to 108 again this morning, so that's a relief, my morning pills have been popped, I pulled the switch in the bathroom at 5.20am so it's bath time at 6.20am and the daily virus scan was clear. My hayfever is already making me feel rotten, so it's gonna be a high pollen count today methinks.
Time to get today's breakfast photo up, then my to-do list, then it's bath time.
