I was debating with myself, until literally seconds before I went into the kitchen, on whether or not to have anything solid for lunch or if I should have my 4th drinking chocolate of the day. As you can see from the photo, I decided on the solid lunch so that it didn't negatively affect my bowel too badly tomorrow, which happens when I have very little/no solid food in a day.
My lunch ended up being 2 apples, 2 pears and a 330ml can of Sparkling Guava pop.
