I've just unofficially weighed myself and...

...I'm bang on the right weight for my height and the exact weight the nurse wanted me to aim for when I went to have my health MOT.


It's officially weigh day after breakfast tomorrow and I might be a smidgen under by then, but I've got no reason to restrict the hot choccies now and can even snack on the dried fruit and nuts that I've got tubfuls of now, without worrying about going over my daily calorie budget. If the me-friendly squirty creams are in stock on Tuesday I'll be able to have creamy hot choccies and creamy decaff mochas too.


If I am a bit under where the nurse wants me to be tomorrow morning, then I won't be exercising no matter how good or otherwise my Visible's 'Morning Stability' score is... if it's at 4 (rare) or 5 (yet to happen) then I might do a few gentle laps to keep my heart healthy, but if it's below 4 then I won't risk it.


I've hopefully got a "bumper pack" of 400g of cherries coming with my OddBox hopefully at around 6pm tonight, so I'll be able to dig into those and other fruits next week without trying to calculate how many calories I'll go over quite so much as I have for the last few weeks.


I've got a celebratory drinking chocolate on the go which means I'll be awake and desperate for a wee at 2am again, but it's sooo worth it lol
