I've woken up feeling sick this morning and can't face anything solid yet, so I've just had my morning glass of water to take my pills with and a bottle of orange juice for my breakfast so that it's not so scary to throw up, if it happens.
My 'Morning Stability' score this morning is 3 out of 5, so just one set of laps and exercises today.
When I took my blood pressure first thing, it was slap bang in the middle of my own personal range for the first time this week, so that's a positive.
The daily virus scan was all clear this morning, so that's a reassuring relief.
Time to get today's only breakfast photo up now, then my days to-do list then exercise time I reckon.
