Today's breakfast came in the usual two parts again, starting off with the 500ml glass of water to pop my morning pills with and then my usual warm weather breakfast of the last of the box of choccie Weetabix, the last of the carton of soya milk and the penultimate bottle of sweet and sour apple juice.
