I've woken up to another Visible score of 2 out of 5 again, so no laps or exercises today either. I've taken my blood pressure which was back to being just about within my own personal reference range again, so maybe it takes a week for my body to readjust to normal? My 10 morning pills have been popped with my first glass of water of the day and I've just made, eaten and washed up my breakfast things.
Gotta remember to crack open the eggs as well as 2 pears and 2 easy peelers for my lunch and have creamy hot choccies throughout the day as snacks... you watch me forget though lol
The virus scan was all clear, so that's reassuring and means that I can get my breakfast photos up then my to-do list.
