Just got...

120 pages left to scan in then that's my medical records crossed off my daily to-do list and I can then spend as much time as necessary reading through them and coming up with questions for my GP while planning out the book.  It's taken considerably longer than I planned to get it all scanned in, but I'm coming up to the final 5 miles of the marathon now and the end is in sight at last.

I am now, officially...

...half way through scanning in my medical records, so that's a relief.  I'm hoping to make it up to the 200-page mark before bedtime then I'll scan the rest in over the weekend.

Keep going Amanda, you can do this!

Today's (1st March 2024) lunch photo

Today's carer turned up at 11.43am so I'd made my lunch of an instant vegetable Cup Soup by 11.50am and finished drinking it before midday!!  To give credit where it's due, my carer washed the mug and spoon up for me before disappearing at 12.01pm, so that's OK.

Today's (1st March 2024) breakfast photo

Today's breakfast was the same as I usually have - 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with dairy-free spread, 2 packs of apple & grapes as well as, of course, a 250ml bottle of orange juice.

Blimey Charlie!!

My electricity smart meter has just come on and I've used 73p of juice since midnight, which is less than I was using before I had the central heating installed!

Mornin' all

Well, I've got the opposite problem with my central heating now... there's no heat at all and hasn't been since about 3.30pm yesterday lol

I've popped my morning pills with my morning glass of water and I'm just waiting for my virus scanner to load up so that I can set that going, then I'll get washed and dressed with my carer and keep on scanning in my medical records.  I'm a day behind with that now, but that's OK, I'll just postpone everything else until I've finished it all.

I've got a delivery due today, so I'll be able to keep my calorie count up until I've troughed my way through it all.

Time to publish this and put today's to-do list up methinks.
