I've been for 2 emergency wee's so far today... the first at about 3am when I first woke up and again at 4.20am when I officially got up for the day.
So far this morning I've taken my blood pressure which is thankfully back to my normal again, popped my 9 morning pills and run the daily virus scan, so I'm good to go until my carer gets here now.
Gotta remember to take the rubbish and recycling outside when my carer has left 'cos the recycling box is pretty full.
Time to get today's to-do list together methinks.
