Today's (11th July 2025) lunch photo

For my only meal today, I had a 400ml vegan chocolate protein shake and I've almost got it spot on now.  I used 400ml of water instead of Wednesday's 300ml and I used the smoothie machine for 15 seconds instead of 10 today and that combination was pretty much spot on.  I might try 300ml water for 15 seconds tomorrow and 400ml for 10 seconds on Monday/Tuesday (depending on the leftovers situation) to see which is best and which mixes the powder up so that it isn't bitty like it was on Wednesday.
