...finally deciding on the pud I'll have with my warmer-weather salads starting in mid-May - there's a vegan chocolate mousse and soya yoghurts, so I've added them onto my last 3 orders that I've already placed... I'm basically gonna be a good girl for my main course then please the chocaholic in me for pud lol It's gonna take a bit of experimenting, like it has with the solid lunches, but the next phase of my non-carer meals is in progress.
I'm also grateful that I've found a more accessible and easier to pronounce, almost fun, description of my Neurological disability and the areas of my brain that are affected.
I'm grateful that the plug guy didn't come today after all because s/he was ill this morning and I'm grateful that s/he let me know as soon as they could.
I'm grateful that I've been able to do my last set of laps of the week, but decided against the exercises 'cos I've got a really painful burst blister on my spine, just in the wrong place.
Today has been a good day and I'm soooo grateful for that!
