After only having a glass of water for breakfast, I was hungry before 9.30am so I had a sneaky packet of me-friendly crisps then was too full for an early lunch lol
Today's lunch was a serving (ie 5) breaded garlic mushrooms with 142g of mixed vegetables, 80g of butternut squash chunks and 80g of sweet potato chunks cooked in 2 servings (one for each air fryer basket thing) of air fryer oil that I very nearly forgot - the baskets were in the air fryer and everything started to cook but something niggled until I remembered that I hadn't sprayed either of them! I washed it all down with a 330ml can of a Sparkling Mango pop.
