I realised while I was doing my laps that I should only have been doing them once a day because of where my weight was on Monday, but I've been doing them twice a day and it's pointless/too late to stop doing that now this week, 'cos there's only one exercise day left!
If I'm over .55kg then it's twice a day.
If I'm between .00 and .50 then it's once a day.
If I'm below .00 then it's once every other day.
You watch me forget again next week lol
