I'm not gonna be sticking to this rigidly by any stretch of the imagination, but having a plan as opposed to my normal to-do list seems to keep me organised so tomorrow is gonna look something like this:
Wednesday:
- wake up
- go for emergency wee
- take blood pressure
- go for second emergency wee
- pop 9 morning pills
- go for hopefully last emergency wee
- make breakfast of toast and juice
- eat breakfast
- wash up
- boot up laptop
- start weekly virus scan
- go for another wee
- do laps
- do exercises
- do backups
- empty kitchen cupboard
- take photos of everything in cupboard
- unwrap new storage containers
- put storage containers into the empty cupboard
- put boxed pot, pan and lid into cupboard
- finish backups
- advertise cupboard things on Freegle
- make lunch of mushrooms and mayo
- wash up
- do laps after lunch
- do stock check
- adjust menus
- flop onto sofa with warm Barista milks
- go to bed
