Well, I've had a late start to my morning, but I've taken my Visible 'Morning Stability' reading which was 3 again, taken my blood pressure which was 112, popped my 12 morning pills and had my liquid breakfast before booting up my laptop and running the virus scan which was still clear, thankfully.
It's grocery delivery day today so I put the bags in front of the door so that I didn't forget, so that's good to go. I've also just put in my next grocery order, so time to get today's two liquid breakfast photos up and then my to-do list I reckon.
