I'm well and truly knackered and I bet I'll be going through a significant sugar crash tomorrow as my day has been pretty much totally sugar today 'cos of waiting for the tree surgeon and not being able to eat properly until tea-time which was even more sugar in the form of fruit!
I've taken my pills and the side effects are rapidly kicking in, so I'll see you all in the morning.
