Mornin' all

Looks like I'll be living in heartbreak hotel today 'cos my bladder woke me up at the exact time I lost my first twin 30 years ago today.

I've taken my Visible reading which gave me another 'Morning Stability' score of 2, taken my blood pressure which was 104, popped my 12 morning pills and obviously booted up my laptop to run the daily virus scan, which was thankfully all clear.

Time to get today's breakfast photo up, then my to-do list, then put in my next grocery order methinks.
