I don't need the provisional driving license or passport after all. My Blue Badge application has gone through and I can use either the Blue Badge or my Pass card as photo ID for things like voting and the council tax and whatever else I need it for, so that's a huuuuuuuge relief and I'll cancel the driving license and passport applications as soon as I've got my new Blue Badge in my hands.
