• Turn on air purifier
• Have breakfast

• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Do my laps - just about to start them
• Turn on emersion heater
• Have bath ready for tomorrow
• Turn off emersion heater
• Do the news
• Have lunch
• Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
• Take lunchtime pill
• Activate SIM card - Marie is hopefully gonna take me to get it sorted on Sunday
• Give caffetierre away - today is their last chance
• Give hallway mat away
• Read and review 7 Kindle Unlimited books
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
