I've barely left the sofa today, but that's OK 'cos it's what my body was desperate for after the last week so I wasn't going to force myself to do anything other than go for wee's and eat my lunch today. Back to normal again tomorrow though.
Time for me to close the curtains and head upstairs now I reckon.
