Today's lunch couldn't have been easier for my carer 'cos it just involved opening and emptying out the two containers with the leftovers from yesterday's roast lunch with my in-laws and bringing the plate in here!
The leftovers consisted of 3 servings of Quorn family roast, 4 halves of roast potatoes (with enough vegetable oil to roast them in yesterday) and a portion of runner beans... I'm totally stuffed now but I've still gotta force over 200 calories down my cake-hole before my FitBit graph barely touches green this afternoon lol
