...today's carer is being paid for sitting in her car for 18 minutes instead of even being in the house, let alone doing her job. She's just signed in, gone out to her car "to make call then back sign out" and I'll be without hot water for a few days while the hot water tank is being put in so the plumber was right and they will be here for longer than just today after all.
