I woke up at sparrow's fart again and decided against going back to sleep, so came down and took my pills at 4.15am, then put my watch and FitBit on to charge and set the daily virus scan going, so I've had a pretty productive first hour so far.
My carer won't be here for at least an hour and a half so I'm gonna put today's to-do list together in a relaxed rather than rushed fashion this morning, then when my FitBit is fully charged I'll go and try and reach the plugs again so that I can make a drink for my carer if she wants one.
