I had a very disturbed night again after what I was told before I went to bed, but I'm up for the day now and I've taken my morning pills while the daily virus scan is chugging through and I've had a couple of squirts of the B12 spray too, so I'm good to go until lunchtime now.
Gotta remember to pay the electrician for the lights and sort out payment for next door's chimney repair too, that's apparently my fault <shrug>
There's at least a couple of hours before my carer arrives so I'm gonna put today's to-do list up now I reckon.
