One of my neighbours came over while the plumber and electrician were here and said that the roofers that came over at the end of last year had screwed up the work on our joint chimney and that the recent rain had come in through their roof and was damaging their property now, so that's yet another fix I've gotta sort out and arrange!
On top of that, the money didn't go through to the electrician either, so I've gotta arrange to repay that again too.
On the plus side, I've got new kitchen taps that work and the toilet still works so they are coming back over at 8am to do a bit more... you watch me forget about either the roof or the electrician in the morning though!
