Oh yes, today is gonna be a good day for me with food and drinks.
Why?
Because I started off the day (after taking my morning pills) with my morning glass of water, then get washed for the first time in 6 days, then had my first hot chocolate and squirty cream of the day while I was waiting for the bread to defrost, then I had 3 of my 5 portions of fruit in one meal 'cos I had 2 packets of apple & grapes along with my morning orange juice and wholemeal toast with dairy-free spread and I've got my second hot choccie with cream on the go as I type this.
