Fifth and final update to today's to-do list

• Drink glass of water
• Take morning pills
• Run daily virus scan
• Put together last week's FitBit image
• Code and upload last week's FitBit image
• Take bread out of the freezer for my breakfast this morning - it's gonna be Saturday at the earliest before I can get to the freezer and have breakfast
• Turn on air purifier 
• Make hot drink for carer - she was more interested in pressuring me into getting changed into thinner clothes and therefore putting my health and life at risk
• Have breakfast - it's gonna be Saturday at the earliest before I can get to the freezer and have breakfast
• Log breakfast into FitBit app
• Put photo of breakfast on here and Instagram
• Charge up FitBit
• Bring in first delivery
• Bring in second delivery
• Get bathroom painted- been postponed until next week
• Get rails put up - will be done on Tuesday apparently - been postponed until next week
• Get vanity unit put up under bathroom sink - will be done on Tuesday apparently - been postponed until next week
• Do morning laps
• Get central heating installed - they are aiming to start again at 8am today and will be here until Friday getting it done and dusted
• Give out of date food to Freegler
• Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything - someone wants the last of Steve's DVDs which will be the last of his things to go
• Do the news
• Keep working on memorial site
• Have lunch - won't be able to until Saturday
• Log lunch into FitBit app
• Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
• Take lunchtime pill
• Give food to Olioers
• Do afternoon laps
• Clear browser caches ready for tomorrow's virus scan
• Read and review a book on my TBR pile
• Study my courses
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
