...have chocolate weeks when I need to increase my weight (like this week) and instant soups and creamy drinking choccies when I need to maintain my weight.
I haven't had any hot drinks today and I think it's done me good just to have water and that J2O as a treat today.
Depending on what the scales say on Monday, I'm gonna have another choccie week next week, but hopefully restart my laps again to try and burn a few calories then I'll take it week by week from then on.
Now that I know the healthy weight range for my height and I know that my scales are 2kg out, I've just gotta be patient and experiment until I find what works for me.
