...I've lost 1.3kg so it's gonna be a week of no laps and high calories so that I can get back up to where I want to be. I'm still in the healthy weight range for my height, but not as comfortably as I want to be, so my lunches this week (other than today and Sunday) will be chocolate biscuit bars and creamy hot chocolates for each drink (other than the pill-taking waters).
Gonna use the opportunity to use this week as my recovery week and not push myself at all.
